2024 Stampede Street Party

Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Stampede Street Party celebration hosted by Prineville Chamber of Commerce. The official kick-off to the 2024 Crooked River Roundup events; join us for food, music, drinks and fun!

If this is your first year joining us as a vendor, WELCOME! If you are a returning vendor we greatly appreciate you coming back and look forward to a successful event!

Each year this event grows, and we would like to expand our vendor area to accommodate up to 30 vendors. Be sure to visit Explore Prineville and the Prineville Crook County Chamber of Commerce pages for the most up-to-date information for this and other events.

LOCATION: 4th Street between Beaver and Belknap, Prineville, OR

HOURS: 5-8:30 pm with early access/setup

BOOTH PRESENTATION: Presentation and set up of each booth is very important. We aim to create a setting that represents the western theme and heritage of this event.

SET UP: Vendors will be begin set-up as early as 1 pm. The event officially kicks off at 5:00pm, but if you are ready to sell prior, you are welcome to open to customers (with the exception of alcohol sales). We will email out move in details as we get closer to the event. Booth spaces are strategically planned out but are subject to change, you will be given your booth number prior to the event.

TEAR DOWN: To ensure we have a quality event we ask that vendors wait to pack up until 8:30 pm. ALL spaces must be cleared and cleaned by 9:30 pm as the street will begin to open.
